On September 29, the “National Sentiment” exhibition was inaugurated in Nanning, marking the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China while also promoting the development of a demonstration zone focused on strengthening a shared national identity among the Chinese people.
This vibrant exhibition showcases a wide range of calligraphy and artistic works, organized under the guidance of the United Front Work Department of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It is co-hosted by the Guangxi New Social Class Federation and the Guangxi United Front Calligraphy and Painting Institute, with additional support from the Nanning Calligraphers Association, the Nanning Artists Association, and the Nanning Calligraphy and Painting Institute.
The theme “National Sentiment” resonates deeply with the celebration of the PRC’s milestone anniversary. The exhibition features 128 pieces that express heartfelt blessings from members of the new social class in Guangxi, including calligraphers, painters, and art enthusiasts. These artworks highlight the significant contributions of Guangxi in fostering a unified national identity among its residents.
Visitors can explore the exhibition until October 9.
