Authorities are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 68-year-old Asian woman, Cui Mai Yu, who resides in the northern part of Staten Island. The New York City Police Department’s 120th Precinct received a report on Saturday, October 19, indicating that Cui had disappeared from her home.
Cui lives in the New Brighton area of Staten Island, specifically on Franklin Avenue, located between Prospect Avenue and Arnold Street. According to her family, the last sighting of Cui was around 8 a.m. that morning.
Her family describes her as having fair skin, standing approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing about 130 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. At the time she was last seen, she was wearing a blue jacket, black pants, and black sneakers.
After searching nearby areas and places Cui frequents without success, her family reported her missing and expressed their deep concern. As of the latest reports, police have not yet located Cui.
