At a recent press conference in Lagos, Glenfiddich, the world-renowned single malt whisky brand, urged Nigerians to embrace challenges fearlessly and embody boldness in their journeys through life.
The brand was launching its ‘Bold Futures 2.0 campaign’, emphasizing that every successful journey involves challenges that can be embraced to unlock future potential. The event, titled ‘Celebrate the Bold 2.0’, introduced the campaign’s notable collaborators, including songwriter Mr. Eazi (Oluwatosin Ajibade), Nollywood actress Nancy Isime, music manager Ifeanyi Nwune, and visual artist William Chechet.
A spokesperson for Glenfiddich explained that the campaign’s focus on ‘Boldness’ closely aligns with the brand’s core values and philosophy. During the event, each of the creative collaborators shared insights about their career journeys, highlighting the importance of perseverance, creativity, and a commitment to breaking boundaries, which resonates with the brand’s message.
Mr. Eazi, a returning collaborator, expressed his enthusiasm about rejoining the brand, noting how Glenfiddich’s dedication to boldness and creativity mirrors his own journey of overcoming fears.
Nancy Isime also shared her excitement about partnering with the brand, stating that Glenfiddich’s principle of challenging oneself to achieve success deeply resonates with her career and personal growth. “I am super thrilled to be a Maverick,” she said.
Ifeanyi Nwune encouraged Nigerians to look forward to what’s coming next, assuring them that the campaign promises to deliver exciting new elements.
Additionally, the company announced several initiatives accompanying the campaign, including Glenfiddich Experimental Nights, the Sleeves Launch, and Mavericks Meet & Greet sessions set to take place in Lagos and Abuja.
